Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, and as a Prosthetist and Orthotist, you will be responsible for assessing, fitting, and fabricating prostheses and orthoses for patients with mobility limitations. You will work directly with patients to create individualized treatment plans and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in prosthetic and orthotic evaluation, fabrication, and fitment
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare professionals
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze patient records, diagnostic images, and other medical data to create customized treatment plans
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software and other related technologies
• Familiarity with insurance and reimbursement policies for prosthetic and orthotic care
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Appropriate licensure and certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
